The Circuit™, an initiative of MJS Creatives, was created to close that gap. It is a statewide, multi-tiered creative development ecosystem that integrates talent cultivation, competitive performance, media production, strategic storytelling, marketing, brand development, and professional creative services within one coordinated infrastructure.

The Origin of The Circuit™
The concept for The Circuit™ emerged from years of direct engagement with Connecticut’s active but highly fragmented creative and hip-hop communities. Independent platforms such as Bars On I-95, The Fire Marshal, and Showly helped elevate local talent, introduce emerging artists including Splat The Big Orca and Prolific, and create meaningful cross-generational collaborations—such as Conscience Castillo filming with Peedi Crakk at Hartford City Hall.
These grassroots platforms demonstrated the depth of Connecticut’s creative talent, cultural influence, and community engagement. At the same time, they exposed a larger structural problem: many artists and creators lacked access to organized mentorship, measurable development benchmarks, professional presentation, sustained media exposure, and the business infrastructure required to convert visibility into long-term opportunity.
MJS Creatives developed The Circuit™ to address that gap. The platform integrates creative development, competitive performance, strategic media, marketing, brand development, and professional guidance within one coordinated system.
