Interscholastic Athletics Advocacy & Reform
MJS Creatives advances modern, performance-based approaches to high school athletics focused on safety, equity, transparency, and athlete development. Through strategic advocacy and tools such as ElevateIQ™, we integrate academic data, performance tracking, wellness support, and developmental planning into next-generation athletic programs.
MJS Creatives Safe Haven Initiative
Developed through MJS Creatives’ reform work, the Safe Haven Initiative provides trauma-informed mentorship and wellness support for student-athletes affected by systemic neglect, displacement, or community violence.
The initiative builds healing-centered support systems within schools by connecting students with consistent mentorship, academic stabilization, trained advocates, and certified trauma professionals.
Elevate American Football Initiative (EAFI)
Extending the MJS Creatives mission beyond scholastic systems, EAFI operates as a national football-development initiative focused on athlete safety, structured advancement, and holistic growth.
EAFI does not own or control partner leagues. Its role is to strengthen independent football organizations through developmental standards, ElevateIQ™ data systems, operational support, and community-centered programming.
This approach promotes consistent, ethical, and athlete-first development across every participating environment.
